1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MoveQuote Check.
By accessing the website, uploading a document, purchasing a quote review, or using a report or clarification form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the Service
MoveQuote Check is an AI-assisted document-review and information-organization tool for U.S. interstate moving estimates.
The service may:
- Extract pricing and service terms from an uploaded moving estimate.
- Connect related clauses and apply supported deterministic calculations.
- Identify evidence-backed findings, missing information, and terms that need clarification.
- Describe conditional or unpriced charges without treating a normal disclosed fee as wrongdoing.
- Compare available company identifiers and represented roles with official FMCSA public information.
- Generate questions for the customer to ask the mover.
- Use optional Buyer Context supplied by the customer to identify document terms that may need confirmation.
- Organize two to four separately purchased quote reviews into a factual side-by-side comparison without ranking movers.
- Keep supported later documents in a private Move Case and show document, entity, and amount changes over time.
- Create a clarification form that can be shared with the mover.
- Perform one automatic recheck after a mover responds through the supported clarification flow.
MoveQuote Check is not a moving company, moving broker, law firm, insurance provider, financial adviser, government agency, or issuer of moving estimates.
3. Informational Service Only
Reports, findings, calculations, and verification statuses are provided for general informational purposes only.
MoveQuote Check does not:
- Provide legal advice.
- Issue binding or non-binding moving estimates.
- Guarantee the final moving price.
- Guarantee pickup or delivery dates.
- Verify that a mover is legitimate, licensed, insured, or trustworthy.
- Guarantee that every issue, fee, omission, or contract term will be detected.
- Recommend that a customer hire or reject a particular mover.
You must review the original documents and confirm all important terms directly with the mover in writing before booking or paying a deposit.
4. AI-Generated Results
The service uses third-party AI technology to assist with document extraction and analysis.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by document quality, handwriting, formatting, missing pages, or unclear language.
You are responsible for reviewing the original estimate and deciding whether to rely on or act upon any report, question, or clarification request.
MoveQuote Check is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party AI model provider unless expressly stated.
5. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase or use the service.
6. Uploaded Documents
You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload.
You grant MoveQuote Check a limited permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit the uploaded content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
You confirm that:
- You have the right to upload and process the document.
- The document does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- You will not upload malware, unlawful content, or information unrelated to the service.
- You will avoid uploading sensitive information that is not necessary for reviewing a moving estimate.
7. Clarification Forms
A clarification form generated by MoveQuote Check is a request for information only.
It is not a binding or non-binding moving estimate, contract amendment, legal notice, or guarantee. The mover or broker remains responsible for issuing and updating the official estimate and contractual terms.
You are responsible for choosing whether to send a clarification link and for providing it to the correct recipient.
8. Pricing and Payment
The current price and included features are displayed before checkout.
Each $9.90 purchase covers one quote review. MoveQuote Check does not create a recurring subscription unless one is clearly stated before purchase.
From a paid report, you may add separately purchased quote reviews to the same comparison, up to four quotes total. Each added quote requires its own $9.90 checkout. Once at least two paid quote reviews have finished, the factual comparison is included without a separate comparison charge. It does not rank or recommend movers.
A paid report also provides its private Move Case, where you may add supported later moving documents for analysis and view changes over time. The supported types, availability, and limits shown in the product apply. One automatic recheck after a mover responds through the supported clarification flow remains included with the applicable quote review.
Buyer Context is optional. Results based on it depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide and do not replace the written estimate or later official documents.
Payments, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment disputes may be processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, under Creem’s applicable customer terms.
9. Delivery
After successful payment and processing, the report is delivered through the website, by email, or through a secure access link.
Delivery time may vary depending on document quality, file size, AI-provider availability, and technical conditions.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam or junk folders.
10. Refunds
Because document processing may begin immediately after purchase, completed and successfully delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges.
- A report was not delivered because of a verified technical failure.
- The service could not process the uploaded document and no usable report was produced.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be sent to support@mail.movequotecheck.com with the purchase email and order information. We normally respond within 3 business days.
If a technical failure prevents you from accessing a purchased report, contact support@mail.movequotecheck.com and we will restore access or re-deliver the report.
Creem may also process refunds, disputes, or chargebacks under its policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MoveQuote Check to:
- Upload documents you do not have permission to use.
- Violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other laws.
- Spread malware or interfere with the service.
- Attempt to access another customer’s report or clarification link.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
- Misrepresent an AI-generated report as an official moving estimate, legal opinion, government finding, or mover certification.
- Use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, or deceptive activity.
12. Intellectual Property
The MoveQuote Check name, website design, software, report templates, analysis structure, and original website content are owned by or licensed to the operator of MoveQuote Check.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property to you.
You may use a purchased report for your personal moving decision and communications with relevant movers. You may not resell, republish, or commercially reproduce the service or report templates without written permission.
13. Service Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveQuote Check and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses related to moving costs, deposits, damaged property, delays, business interruption, or decisions made using a report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable quote review.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, threatens security, or uses the product unlawfully.
Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will identify the latest version.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
