Privacy Policy

We collect only what the service needs: your email address (to deliver results), the quote document you upload, and the answers exchanged through a clarification form. We never collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or payment card data — payments are processed entirely by Creem, our Merchant of Record.

Uploaded files are stored in private storage, never shared publicly, and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Structured report data may be kept longer to provide your results; you can request deletion at any time via the contact email in your receipt.

Movers who receive a clarification link see only the move details needed to complete the form — never your email address, payment information, or full report.

Access links use unguessable random tokens; our database stores only their hashes. We do not sell personal data.
