Request a Data Correction or Privacy Review
MoveQuote Check displays summaries of public FMCSA registration data. We cannot change the official FMCSA record itself — only FMCSA and the registered company can do that. What we can do is review how our pages match, aggregate, and present that public data, and correct or temporarily hide a page when something is wrong.
What you can report
- A page that appears to match the wrong company or record
- A data aggregation error (for example, mixed-up duplicate records)
- Clearly outdated information shown as current
- A privacy concern about any information on a page
- A page that appears to show a private individual rather than a business
- A request to temporarily hide a page while it is reviewed
How to submit a request
Email us at support@mail.movequotecheck.com. Including the following details helps us review faster:
- The page URL (for example, /movers/usdot-1234567)
- The USDOT number shown on the page
- A short description of the problem
- Public material that supports your report, if available
Please do not send ID documents or other sensitive files through any form. We never ask for identity documents on this website; if further verification is genuinely needed, our support team will handle it with you individually by email.
